Weekly Astro Weather 28.11.25

Sorry that I missed last week’s astrology update! Let’s see what this week has in store for us without further delay.  

The good news is that Saturn is stationing to turn direct on the 28th, bringing an end to burdensome karmic cycles we have been wrapping up since at least April, and giving us relief from dredging up our own self-sabotaging ways. Now, we can breathe a sigh of relief as the heavy feeling of impending doom or fear of history repeating itself begins to clear away. Mercury turns direct the very next day, helping us feel less confused, challenged, and weighed down by bureaucracy and formality. Venus is with Lilith at the end of Scorpio, in the Grand Trine, and she shifts into Sagittarius on the 30th, as she slips off to the Underworld for her annual visit. An opposition to Uranus shakes us awake in love and intimacy matters, and surprise encounters could even catch us off guard. 

We have the Sun in jovial Sagittarius, so shake free of the winter blues and celebrate December, the best month of the year! A Gemini Full Moon on the 4th, square the Nodes, sparks our desire for a new sense of purpose and clarity, and we may break some last chains with something from the past. As ever, the trick this week is to relax and go with the flow, allowing the universe to surprise you as things fall into place in perfect tandem.  

This December is the final month in a 9-year cycle! In January, we enter a 1 year and receive a brand new slate to write our future on! Think back to 2016 to see what themes you have been working on and where you have evolved into a better version of yourself. Saturn turning direct this week says we are nearly there, too, and now, the worst part is over. 

It’s almost time to get excited for 2026! What will be your focus in the year ahead? I can’t wait to focus on my calendars that track the movements of the gods and goddesses using a blend of mythology and astrology. You can see their challenges and triumphs playing out, and there’s some top-tier tea on which ancient lovers get together and when! 

More about that later, for now, just know that things will feel different very soon, as more massive change catapults us onto new and better timelines, if we are open and receptive enough. Hang in there if it feels like you are struggling with closing out these old cycles, and look for the light-hearted side of situations, especially on the 2nd when Venus sextiles Pluto and awakens passion. 

The Full Moon on the 4th gets us thinking out of the box, but don’t rush into anything too hastily. Especially around Thursday, when feelings are heightened, and some may feel temperamental or exhausted. By next Friday, we will all feel much better, and the Cancer Moon next weekend gives the perfect opportunity to unwind at home and indulge in some self-care.
